Roger is affiliated with HR&O as an “Of Counsel” member of the Firm’s Civil Litigation Department.

Roger splits part of his time in Canada and part of his time in Southern California.  Roger’s Canadian ties have allowed him to work and consult on a number of pharmaceutical drug class actions.

While in California, Roger’s experience has led him to edit legal journals and assist in numerous complex civil actions.
