With over twenty years of experience, Ms. Hurtado was first certified as a Paralegal then later as a Hearing Representative in the Workers Compensation Court system. In addition to workers compensation issues, Ms. Hurtado has experience in cases involving personal injury, family law, construction defects, wills/trusts, civil litigation and immigration. Ms. Hurtado also has a wide background in areas such as legal management, human resources, insurance claims, underwriting, to further compliment her legal skills.

Ms. Hurtado’s advocacy, and results, for plaintiffs and applicants has resulted in numerous awards given to her within Hiden, Rott & Oertle, LLP. She has also assisted in multiple cases to such a degree that clients of Hiden, Rott & Oertle, LLP have received millions of dollars in settlements and trial verdicts.
